1. Introduction

At InnoNexus, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences through training programs, mentorship initiatives, internships, workshops, bootcamps, and career development activities.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms governing cancellations, transfers, refunds, and related requests associated with our programs and services.

By registering for any program, event, workshop, internship, or service offered by InnoNexus, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Registration and Seat Confirmation

Enrollment in a program or activity is confirmed only after:

  • Submission of the required registration details.
  • Completion of the applicable payment process.
  • Receipt of confirmation from InnoNexus.

Certain programs may have limited seats and admissions may be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellation Requests by Participants

Participants wishing to cancel their enrollment must submit a written request via email to:

Cancellation requests will be considered based on the date the request is received.

Verbal requests, social media messages, or WhatsApp messages may not be considered official cancellation requests unless specifically acknowledged by the InnoNexus team.

4. Refund Eligibility

More Than 14 Days Before Program Start Date

Participants may be eligible for a refund of up to 90% of the amount paid.

Administrative, processing, and payment gateway charges may be deducted.

Between 7 and 14 Days Before Program Start Date

Participants may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the amount paid.

Administrative and processing charges may apply.

Less Than 7 Days Before Program Start Date

No refund will generally be provided.

However, participants may request a transfer to a future batch, subject to availability and approval.

After Program Commencement

Once a program, workshop, mentorship cycle, internship cycle, or learning activity has commenced, fees become non-refundable.

This includes situations where a participant:

  • Chooses not to attend.
  • Withdraws voluntarily.
  • Fails to complete assignments.
  • Stops participating.
  • Becomes unavailable for personal reasons.

5. Workshops, Events, and Bootcamps

For one-time workshops, events, seminars, webinars, and bootcamps:

Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Event

Up to 75% refund may be considered.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Event

No refund will generally be provided.

Participants may request transfer to a future event where applicable.

6. Internship Programs and Career Development Activities

Fees paid for internship programs, mentorship initiatives, project-based experiences, career development programs, or related opportunities are generally non-refundable once participation has commenced.

Participants may request rescheduling or transfer opportunities where available and approved.

7. Transfers and Batch Changes

Subject to availability, participants may request:

  • Program transfers
  • Batch changes
  • Deferred participation

Approval remains at the sole discretion of InnoNexus and may involve administrative charges.

Transfers are not guaranteed.

8. Program Cancellation by InnoNexus

In rare situations, InnoNexus may cancel or postpone a program due to:

  • Insufficient registrations
  • Operational constraints
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

In such cases, participants may be offered one of the following options:

  • Transfer to a future batch
  • Credit toward another program
  • Full or partial refund, as determined by InnoNexus

9. Non-Refundable Charges

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Registration fees
  • Application fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Taxes and statutory charges where applicable
  • Third-party service costs already incurred

10. Scholarships, Discounts, and Promotional Offers

Programs purchased under:

  • Scholarships
  • Special discounts
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Limited-time offers
  • Sponsorship arrangements

may be subject to separate refund conditions communicated at the time of enrollment.

11. Failure to Attend

Failure to attend a program, workshop, internship, mentorship session, or event does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Participants are encouraged to notify InnoNexus in advance if they are unable to participate.

12. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

7–21 business days

depending on:

  • Payment method
  • Banking processes
  • Financial institution processing times

Actual credit timelines may vary.

13. Force Majeure

InnoNexus shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Civil disturbances
  • Other force majeure events

Refunds in such circumstances shall be handled on a case-by-case basis.

14. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, InnoNexus may review refund requests outside the standard policy.

Such requests shall be considered at the sole discretion of the organization and shall not create precedent for future cases.
